Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager, with strong experience in product leadership and ownership.
- Proven experience managing complex digital products, ideally within e-commerce, fintech, payments, checkout, or related environments.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital commerce, checkout experiences, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make product decisions and evaluate outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, agile environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, growth, commercial, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Interest in AI-assisted product development and willingness to incorporate emerging AI tools into product discovery, prototyping, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the long-term vision and strategy for checkout, identifying the highest-impact investments and opportunities for innovation.
- Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, balancing immediate business impact with long-term strategic growth.
- Lead the development and launch of new checkout capabilities in close partnership with engineering and design teams.
- Drive the adoption of the next-generation checkout experience, including customer migration from legacy solutions.
- Develop strategies to increase product adoption, improve checkout performance, and ultimately increase conversion rates.
- Rethink how merchants can extend, customize, and build differentiated commerce experiences around checkout.
- Partner with Growth and Commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies and accelerate customer adoption.
- Influence adjacent platform teams and ensure the checkout strategy is aligned with broader commerce initiatives.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer pain points, evaluate product performance, and inform prioritization.
- Leverage AI-enabled product development workflows to move rapidly from product vision and briefs to functional prototypes and validated solutions.
