Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Demonstrated expertise in consumer-facing and/or regulated categories such as fintech or insurtech.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific norms across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
- Strategic ability to build systems and playbooks for community engagement.
- Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Proven ability to translate complex or stressful categories into human, authentic content.
- Strong writing tone that avoids corporate-speak.
- Ability to execute a long-term strategy for building organic trust.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop Jerry's playbook for how to show up in each community, including posting and reply strategies.
- Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
- Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where it helps.
- Work with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
- Measure key performance indicators including sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
