Requirements
- 3+ years in community management or organic social experience
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing/regulated categories
- Deep familiarity with Reddit, TikTok, and Quora platform dynamics
- Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Knowledge of how LLMs cite sources
- Ability to write authentic content that avoids corporate-speak
- Proven experience building systems and engagement strategies
- Ability to make complex categories like insurance and repair feel human and engaging
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- Develop Jerry's playbook for engagement, including posting, replying, and moderation strategies
- Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities
- Build and scale a content and engagement strategy leveraging AI tools
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency
- Measure key performance metrics including sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation
