Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders, preferably within financial services or credit unions.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role managing individual contributors.
- Proven track record in managing complex calendars, confidential communications, and high-level board meetings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management and communication platforms.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset and critical thinking capability.
- High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to travel for meetings and training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Executive Administration and Board Governance function, establishing strategy, service standards, and operating practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring effective governance processes, regulatory compliance, and Board communications.
- Direct Board and committee operations, including governance calendars, annual planning cycles, meeting effectiveness, and Board education.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to advance organizational priorities and coordinate enterprise initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Executive Administration team to foster a high-performing culture.
- Oversee the management of sensitive organizational and executive matters with high confidentiality and professionalism.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Board, providing research and implementation support.
