Requirements
- Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
- Active board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (including GLP-1 agonists).
- DEA license preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, and Slack.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep via telehealth.
- Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone).
- Evaluate patients for and prescribe pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Execute high-volume clinical visits while maintaining efficiency, documentation, and patient satisfaction standards.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions in a fast-paced virtual practice model.
