Requirements
- Reside within the state of Georgia.
- Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions.
- 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Possess multiple active state licenses.
- DEA registration preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, and Slack.
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP) or Obesity Medicine preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel for conditions including perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
- Conduct ongoing, relationship-based virtual clinical care.
- Independently manage and prescribe HRT including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Maintain high documentation, follow-through, and productivity standards.
- Operate efficiently within a high-volume virtual clinical environment.
