Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign operations, or marketing/agency execution roles.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project-tracking skills, including experience managing trackers, checklists, timelines, calendars, and status updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within established processes, templates, and brand/content guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and the ability to work effectively with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency using AI tools, including LLMs and automation, to support drafting, research, reporting, and execution.
  • Proficiency with common marketing and collaboration tools, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, project trackers, and shared drives.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party partners or external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of AI and ISV co-marketing campaigns, including deliverable routing, approvals, asset handoffs, and launch readiness.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams involving product marketing, events, communications, creative, and developer-focused teams.
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, checklists, and status dashboards while proactively identifying risks, blockers, and timeline issues.
  • Support the development and organization of partner-facing marketing materials, including case studies, one-pagers, email campaigns, integration guides, and webinar presentations.
  • Coordinate with third-party and partner marketing stakeholders to schedule meetings, share assets, track joint deliverables, and drive follow-ups to completion.
  • Support event and webinar execution, including registration, run-of-show coordination, vendor logistics, and post-event activities.
  • Compile campaign performance information, update recurring reports and dashboards, and prepare status readouts for program leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate research, content drafting, summarization, reporting, and other day-to-day execution activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, shared resources, trackers, and project materials.
