  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working on teams with diverse expertise.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% for long-distance project requirements.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport.
  • US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project work across cross-functional teams including scientists, data analysts, engineers, and IT professionals.
  • Ensure successful completion and delivery of all tasks in the assigned project.
  • Maintain tracking tools to monitor project goals, status, deliverable deadlines, and budget.
  • Host and facilitate internal and client-facing check-in meetings.
  • Monitor project-level risks and identify strategies to mitigate schedule or budget issues.
  • Engage with community representatives, local/state government officials, and federal/regional clients.
