Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience working on teams with diverse expertise.
- Ability to travel 50-75% for long-distance project requirements.
- Must reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport.
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project work across cross-functional teams including scientists, data analysts, engineers, and IT professionals.
- Ensure successful completion and delivery of all tasks in the assigned project.
- Maintain tracking tools to monitor project goals, status, deliverable deadlines, and budget.
- Host and facilitate internal and client-facing check-in meetings.
- Monitor project-level risks and identify strategies to mitigate schedule or budget issues.
- Engage with community representatives, local/state government officials, and federal/regional clients.
