Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment.
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
- Maintain timely and professional written and verbal communications with clients and faculty members.
- Ensure client expectations are met on all levels of program activity.
- Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and medical education.
- Develop, monitor, and reconcile project budgets.
- Facilitate progress of multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and on-strategy performance.
- Oversee development of project activities including faculty recruitment, logistics, and content development.
