Requirements

1-2 years of digital marketing experience (Agency experience a plus).
1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce (Lead Gen and B2B a plus).
1+ years of experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
1+ years of experience leading paid advertising strategy.
1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify.
1 year of client-facing experience and handling communications.
Excellent Excel skills with understanding of advanced features.
Excellent data analytics skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
Highly dependable self-starter with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with accurate setup and QA.
Operate with autonomy in managing timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end including ad builds, testing, and monitoring.
Identify growth opportunities, form test hypotheses, and provide data-backed optimizations.
Maintain a client-first mindset while managing objectives, constraints, and brand nuances.
Prepare and present performance reports using clear data storytelling.
Leverage internal Nova ecosystem tools and AI technologies for efficiency and reporting.
