Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in a generalist or combined recruiting/HR operations capacity.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and offer management.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for audit and documentation tasks.
- Ability to manage confidential information and recognize when to escalate issues.
- Self-directed and organized with the ability to ramp up quickly for a short-term engagement.
- Clear and effective written communication skills for job descriptions and candidate correspondence.
- Working knowledge of employment fundamentals, specifically I-9 compliance, recordkeeping, and classification.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-state employment or distributed workforces is preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end requisitions from intake and sourcing to offer and candidate management.
- Execute full new hire onboarding, including documentation, system provisioning, and policy guidance.
- Conduct comprehensive employee file audits to identify and rectify documentation gaps.
- Develop and standardize job descriptions by partnering with hiring managers to define scope and requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR and process lifecycle transactions.
- Support recurring HR operations, including compliance tracking and responding to routine employee policy questions.
