Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience as Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar.
- Experience at a SaaS or cloud-native company.
- Proven history of deploying and optimizing AI tools at company scale.
- Technical proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or shell scripting.
- Deep understanding of SDLC fundamentals.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of secure authentication and retrieval systems.
- Experience with API integration across enterprise SaaS.
- Ability to diagnose problems, scope/sequence work, and set expectations effectively.
- Consultative approach to cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
- Build the paved road by establishing safe and scalable AI workflows.
- Turn individual wins into reusable patterns, templates, and agent specs for other teams.
- Build the bench by partnering with the People team on AI literacy and developing internal champions.
- Work with every function to build custom solutions that bridge technology gaps.
- Own the foundational infrastructure, including MCP integrations, shared agents, and identity management.
- Own continuous cost visibility, consolidate redundant tools, and optimize model usage through prompt caching and routing.
