- 7+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, or related technical deployment roles; 4+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Systems Integration, or Solutions Architecture.
- 4+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Extensive experience with Linux systems and networking.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Experience supporting production software in customer-controlled or hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code, automation, monitoring, and logging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Field Engineers.
- Define and standardize deployment workflows and integration playbooks.
- Lead the implementation and improvement of Field Engineering tooling, scripts, and automation workflows.
- Oversee the provisioning and configuration of FPS deployments within tactical edge systems.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical integration challenges.
- Partner with Security and Product teams to align implementation patterns with compliance requirements.
- Maintain readiness tracking for personnel, technical skills, and deployment kits.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews to implement operational lessons learned.
