Requirements
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least two major paid advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, or YouTube).
- Proficiency in campaign development and optimization processes such as bid management, keyword research, and ad copy development.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office suites.
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's role in the marketing funnel.
- Advanced technical knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and measurement frameworks.
- Strong ability to synthesize marketing data into actionable strategic narratives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
- Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors that could negatively impact client revenue.
- Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
- Lead proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels.
- Analyze campaign data to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage ongoing experimentation.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge across attribution, incrementality, and measurement frameworks.
- Support the growth of junior talent through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
