Requirements
- Strong, production-tested Go engineering experience.
- Experience building and operating backend services, APIs, and data systems in AWS.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, queues, and databases.
- Comfortable with infrastructure-as-code workflows.
- Solid authentication and authorization fundamentals, including OAuth and API keys.
- Ability to own scoped backend work from definition through deployment.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding workflows.
- Willingness to complete a live coding assessment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Go-based backend services supporting consumer and enterprise products.
- Maintain REST and gRPC APIs, async workers, and SDK authentication flows.
- Manage and improve AWS infrastructure including ASGs, Aurora, SQS, and S3.
- Implement security and compliance controls such as rate limiting, audit logging, and OAuth.
- Develop data pipelines, ingestion flows, and observability tools.
- Build backend capabilities for organization lifecycle management and enterprise administration.
