- Proven ability to manage operating model shifts, process-driven transformations, and service-oriented transitions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident in guiding senior leaders and impacted teams.
- A structured, proactive, and empathetic approach to navigating people through change.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across Markets and GBS.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Change Management workstream for the WX (IFM as a Service) transformation.
- Guide Markets through the transition of workplace and facilities activities to GBS, ensuring readiness and business continuity.
- Manage the shift in roles, responsibilities, and ways of working from local execution to service-driven collaboration.
- Support the setup and scaling of GBS as the new IFM service delivery organization.
- Establish clear ways of working between Markets and GBS to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption across the transformation.
