Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in larger projects.
- 2+ years of experience building and leading a team of software engineers.
- Hands-on experience with platform or security engineering practices.
- Experience leading disaster recovery and incident response efforts.
- Ability to own and drive company-wide technical projects.
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Python, or Go with strong code review skills.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or GCP.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop an international team of engineers.
- Contribute to and lead the development of internal tooling for cloud governance, security detection, and automation.
- Deliver high-quality user experiences and follow engineering best practices.
- Build features with a 'build it, run it' mindset, including responsibility for testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Own and drive company-wide technical projects such as migrations and patching.
