Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling automated systems or AI-driven solutions.
- Experience maturing AI proofs-of-concept into reliable, production-grade systems.
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and software release processes.
- Experience with CI/CD automation and pipeline optimization.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with system monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 15 days per year.
Responsibilities
- Scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Transition AI proofs-of-concept into stable, maintainable production systems.
- Partner with internal business groups to identify workflow bottlenecks and reduce operational toil.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve release reliability and deployment speed.
- Establish infrastructure-as-code standards using tools like Terraform.
- Develop and maintain a reusable enterprise component library for automation.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and observability standards to ensure 99.9% uptime.
