Requirements
- 8+ years experience managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale.
- Deep expertise in iOS device management (enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager, ADE, APNs).
- Experience with Android device management in mixed fleets.
- Proven ability to treat device configuration as code (GitOps, CI/CD).
- Experience managing infrastructure under an MDM (self-hosted servers, AWS, Terraform).
- Experience building or launching a corporate device program from scratch.
- Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience writing clear, professional documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Design the corporate-issued mobile device program covering device standards and regional scaling.
- Own global hardware logistics including procurement, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles.
- Integrate mobile configuration into the team’s config-as-code pipeline for automated, tested rollout.
- Build zero-touch enrollment systems using Apple Business Manager and Android equivalents.
- Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle management from issue to wipe.
- Develop telemetry for fleet visibility, including OS state, patch status, and configuration drift.
- Manage app distribution and device posture in partnership with Corporate Security.
- Define coexistence policies between corporate-issued devices and BYOD.
