Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or program portfolios.
- Proven record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives with significant business impact.
- Advanced knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid program and project delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in strategic planning, program governance, portfolio coordination, risk management, and value realization.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring program and project managers.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate coursework is a plus.
- Experience within SaaS or technology-enabled services environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Wrike, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or Salesforce is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise-level programs and portfolios across multiple business units.
- Define program strategies, objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps.
- Manage dependencies, constraints, risks, and competing priorities across interconnected workstreams.
- Establish and continuously improve program governance frameworks, standards, and reporting.
- Lead executive-level governance forums, steering committees, and decision boards.
- Drive resolution of high-impact risks, issues, and cross-functional challenges.
- Ensure organizational readiness for major milestones, testing, and go-live activities.
- Influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries to maintain alignment.
- Mentor and develop program and project managers to strengthen organizational delivery capabilities.
