Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data warehouse or data engineering roles.
- Practical, production experience with Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for transformation, automation, and tooling.
- Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
- Experience delivering within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and own production outcomes.
- Experience with C# for API integrations is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare data or ABA domain is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Lakehouse and data warehouse solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines and reusable frameworks for data integration.
- Implement data quality, validation, and transformation logic.
- Develop and optimize dimensional/Semantic models for BI and analytics.
- Monitor, tune, and maintain production data workflows.
- Integrate diverse source systems and implement API integrations using C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and offshore teams in an Agile environment.
