Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in customer success, sales support, project coordination, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience working with architects, distributors, or owners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of construction, contracting, distribution, and commercial building products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field sales and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience working within the design and construction ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the regional customer concierge by identifying customer needs and coordinating internal resources.
- Support existing customer groups including Architects & Designers, contractors, subcontractors, and distributors throughout project development.
- Monitor key regional projects and opportunity progress to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
- Remove obstacles that may delay customer decisions or project advancement.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support sales enablement efforts.
- Partner with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and support customer meetings.
- Capture and elevate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights regarding competitive dynamics and barriers.
- Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure delivery of accurate information to customers.
