Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a project delivery role with a focus on cloud collaboration platforms.
- 5-8 years of Google Workspace implementation and administration experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with Google Workspace migrations from legacy email and collaboration systems.
- 3-5 years of consulting experience on complex technical projects including design, planning, and deployment.
- Experience managing and supporting Google Workspace in an enterprise environment with 1,000+ users.
- Experience deploying and managing AI solutions in enterprise environments, particularly Gemini Enterprise.
- Deep expertise in Google Workspace core services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Docs) and Google Admin console.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security policy implementation, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of enterprise-grade security features like VPC Service Controls and customer-managed encryption keys.
- Proficiency in AI agent orchestration and enterprise AI trends.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units, and shared resources in Google Admin console.
- Configure and optimize core Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Docs, and Vault.
- Deploy and manage Gemini Enterprise agentic AI platform for enterprise search, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Create and manage AI agents using Agent Designer and Agent Development Kit for custom enterprise applications.
- Implement data governance policies and security measures including data loss prevention, two-step verification, and endpoint management.
- Troubleshoot common Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise deployment issues.
- Consult with sales, project management, and clients to design and deploy complex technical solutions.
