Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience with ERP system migrations including SAP S4.
- Experience with solution design, data migration, information system, harmonization, and portfolio shaping.
- Strong understanding of project, portfolio, organizational change management, waterfall, and agile techniques.
- Experience with participating in a PMO, business steering committee, or similar project team structure.
- Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical project leadership across complex SAP initiatives.
- Lead technical and functional teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Architect SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Perform hands-on configuration across SAP S4 modules.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and test SAP issues.
- Collect, review, and prioritize business requirements.
- Coordinate external partners, consultants, and technical resources.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
- Train end-users and IT personnel on new systems and processes.
