Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and recommendations.
- Experience leading and developing analysts or analytics teams.
- Experience with Databricks or a similar modern cloud data and analytics platform.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience applying AI or generative AI to analytics or business workflows.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient services, specialty pharmacy, payer, or related industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Partner with business leaders to identify the most important questions, decisions, and opportunities analytics can support.
- Deliver insights that improve patient, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
- Develop analytics that look across businesses and programs to identify trends, benchmarks, leading indicators, and opportunities.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
- Partner with data engineering, technology, governance, and other teams to ensure analytics is built on trusted and scalable data.
