Requirements

  • One to three years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the software or technology sector.
  • Demonstrable experience with cold outbound into net new accounts.
  • Experience prospecting into larger organisations involving several stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern outbound stack including a CRM, sequencing platform, and prospecting data sources.
  • Familiarity with software licensing models and SaaS commercial practice.
  • Ability to build target account lists systematically using enrichment and intent signals.
  • Proficiency using LLMs and AI tooling for account research and messaging.
  • Reliable management of day-to-day sales activity and CRM accuracy.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in writing and on the phone.
  • In-depth research skills to identify firm size, project pipelines, and tech stacks.
  • Receptive to coaching and committed to developing commercial and product knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing customers who bought self-serve, and convert that adoption into a commercial relationship.
  • Read usage and purchase data to spot where seat sprawl signals an enterprise conversation.
  • Map the buying group above the individual user and open the dialogue.
  • Prospect net new enterprise and key accounts across the US and Canada.
  • Research decision makers, identify the trigger and initiate outreach that earns a reply.
  • Build and run multichannel sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn and video.
  • Personalise at the account level, test messaging and rebuild what is not working.
  • Match customer workflows to the right Chaos products to support conversion and expansion.
  • Qualify against a clear framework, brief the account executive properly and stay involved through the first meeting.
  • Support proposals and commercial responses alongside senior sales team members.
  • Keep the CRM accurate, with activity, pipeline and outcomes logged consistently.
  • Relay customer feedback on product, service and delivery to the relevant internal teams.
  • Track AEC and M&E trends and competitor activity, and feed them back into outreach.
  • Attend industry events to build relationships with customers and partners in the region.
