Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or related healthcare field.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, and NCCPA.
- Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to utilize professional networks such as LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and execute documented processes with independent decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize initiatives and adapt to changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites through strategic outreach.
- Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness, consistently meeting performance expectations.
- Leverage HubSpot and other tech tools to build, prioritize, and manage a strategic outreach pipeline while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Apply knowledge of provider types and credentialing requirements, including licensure, board certification, Nursys, and NCCPA.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the value of partnering with AMO to support clinical training.
- Guide prospective partners through onboarding, negotiate educational stipends, and collect necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal Partnerships and Operations teams to ensure successful handoffs and meet placement timelines.
