Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma required if no degree).
- 2 years of experience in sales, fitness field, health care recruiting, or provider contracting.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience using CRM or similar database systems.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce 120-200 recruitment calls or emails per week.
- Capability to meet established monthly recruitment and application goals.
- Reliable home internet connection (50 Mbps down/10 Mbps up minimum).
- Ability to participate via video in online meetings over a consistent network.
- Results-oriented and organized team player approach.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new fitness centers, studios, and activity-based locations into ASH Fitness networks.
- Conduct lead generation and cold outreach via telephone and email.
- Negotiate sales, secure necessary membership discounts, and manage provider recruitment.
- Execute contracts and send recruitment materials to prospective fitness facilities.
- Utilize CRM platform to maintain call records and track application status.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment and lead generation goals.
- Interface with management and corporate teams to ensure alignment on recruitment objectives.
