Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Digital Project Management.
- Proven experience managing software development projects from planning through delivery.
- Experience working closely with Development and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Solid technical understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and common software development concepts.
- Ability to understand and actively participate in technical discussions with engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to assess technical dependencies, challenge timelines/estimates, and identify potential delivery risks.
- Experience working with enterprise or demanding clients.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of driving technical delivery outcomes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of web and app development projects.
- Manage project planning, sprint planning, execution, and closure with Development and QA teams.
- Drive timely sprint completion and minimize spillover.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear deliverables for technical teams.
- Proactively identify technical risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Lead client status calls and technical delivery discussions.
- Coordinate UAT entry/exit criteria, issue tracking, and closure.
- Manage support ticket tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
