Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading marketing and social media.
- English proficiency at C1 level minimum.
- Proven social media experience across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube.
- Demonstrable portfolio of past work or relevant experience.
- Expertise in content creation (text, images, videos) in both English and Spanish.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and their integration with social media.
- Ability to provide detailed analytics reports.
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Figma, and CapCut.
- Commitment to full-time employment dedicated exclusively to Talentus Global.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube.
- Develop and schedule social posts for specific dates and times.
- Create engaging content in English, including copy, graphics, and multimedia.
- Perform photo and video editing to enhance visual content.
- Use analytics tools to track and provide detailed reports on social media performance.
- Collaborate using Office365, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Engage with the community and manage interactions to build relationships.
- Participate in virtual and physical events to represent the brand.
