Responsibilities
- Tinker with models constantly to squeeze quality out of them through prompt iteration, reference images, character consistency, and lip sync.
- Build and refine the generation workflows and prompt libraries for the team.
- Test new models on release day, benchmark them, and define use cases.
- Generate performance video ads using models like Veo, Seedance, Kling, and Sora.
- Apply editing judgment to ensure generated outputs are ready for final ad use.
- Work directly with the product team to inform platform development.
