Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent significant relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, health plan, etc.).
  • 3+ years of implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and EHR optimization.
  • Proficiency in top-tier EHR systems such as Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong project management skills, including plan development, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience in change management and supporting practice readiness.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, specifically PowerApps and PowerBI.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to travel periodically for partner visits or company meetings.
  • Reliable high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple implementation projects to ensure EHR optimization and tool delivery on schedule.
  • Communicate project progress and align implementation goals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver structured training content for diverse audiences, including executives, IT teams, and clinical staff.
  • Consult independent medical practices on the adoption of value-based care models through detailed assessments and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with practices to design data-sharing strategies and interfaces that support population health analytics.
  • Conduct comprehensive EHR system assessments to identify optimization opportunities for quality and clinical outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on ACO quality compliance and EHR reporting requirements.
