Requirements
- Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g., ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
- Strong experience in change strategy development, risk mitigation, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing at all levels from frontline to executive leadership.
- Experience in AI-enabled transformation, including adoption, governance, and capability building.
- Capable of rapidly assessing organisational structures, cultures, and processes through discovery and systems thinking.
- Proven experience delivering change across digital transformation, operating model change, and agile/DevOps adoption.
- Confident using collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, and Lucid.
- Ability to interpret performance data and organizational metrics to inform change decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sustainable organisational change that helps clients adopt new capabilities.
- Lead the people side of AI implementation, including governance and responsible AI practices.
- Support digital service rollouts through process redesign, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build product maturity by defining roles, establishing roadmaps, and coaching leaders and teams.
- Assess organisational structures, cultures, and processes through discovery, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams alongside designers, researchers, product managers, and technologists.
- Deliver end-to-end change from mobilisation through adoption and hypercare.
