Requirements
- Significant experience in ITSM consulting, solution consulting, or service management transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management and the broader Atlassian ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
- Strong understanding of ITSM practices such as incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, and asset management.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience producing high-quality customer-facing documentation, including process maps, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams including technical architects and project managers.
- Atlassian and/or ITIL certifications are considered a plus.
- Experience mentoring or supporting the development of less experienced consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and scoping workshops to understand customer objectives, pain points, processes, and maturity.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable ITSM solutions using Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Produce discovery outputs, process maps, Solution Design Documents, and requirements traceability.
- Own solution intent throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and delivery outcomes.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution recommendations, scoping, and proposal development.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal playbooks and delivery templates.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Architects to validate solution feasibility and platform constraints.
