Responsibilities
- Interview prospective clients by phone and email to understand their needs and provide information about the firm.
- Conduct primary research to investigate whether potential claims have merit.
- Evaluate claims to determine alignment with firm practice areas and experience.
- Sign up new clients and secure their business.
- Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys.
- Enter client information for incoming and outgoing calls.
