Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience defining metrics, building reports, and running analyses.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership-level decisions.
- Experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing.
- Ability to act as an owner, taking responsibility for fixing problems even outside of immediate scope.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems, understand core questions, and identify the decisions they will inform.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and run analyses to monitor business performance.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and surface data insights.
- Drive outcomes by presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit.
