Requirements
- PhD, MD, PharmD, DO or other recognized doctorate level education.
- Minimum of 3 years MSL experience (5 years preferred).
- Minimum 5 years post professional degree, clinical practice, academic research, or relevant scientific experience.
- Expertise in neuromodulators, botulinum toxins, or movement disorders preferred.
- Understanding of drug development, regulatory approval processes, and clinical trial methodologies.
- Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel > 50% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with international, national, regional, and local medical/scientific thought leaders and academic centers.
- Act as a scientific liaison to discuss research, medical information, and facilitate clinical research with investigational products.
- Engage in scientific exchange and education regarding botulinum toxin use in movement disorders.
- Identify and communicate medical/scientific insights, competitive landscape data, and unmet clinical needs to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain expertise in botulinum toxins and relevant therapeutic areas like cervical dystonia.
- Represent the company at medical education events, congresses, and advisory board meetings.
- Support commercial operations by participating in speaker training and assisting with investigator-initiated trials.
