Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks (e.g., React or Vue).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience working across multiple teams and driving horizontal initiatives.
- Experience delivering major features or system components through technical and execution planning.
- Experience defining technical plans with an elegant, simple, and extensible design.
- Proficiency in making significant changes in large codebases using tools and practices that enable safety.
- Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and readable code.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of personal growth and seek proactive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics in the product development lifecycle.
- Articulate technical constraints and partner on decisions considering risks and trade-offs.
- Proactively identify and solve project, process, or technical issues.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts through monitoring and on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards.
- Develop talent on the team through feedback, guidance, and mentorship.
