Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Proficiency in working with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience driving horizontal initiatives and working across multiple teams.
- Experience delivering major features or system components through defined technical and execution plans.
- Ability to deprecate existing functionality while maintaining system integrity.
- Expertise in making significant, safe changes in large codebases using custom tools and practices.
- Experience defining technical plans with an elegant, simple, and extensible design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership of personal and professional growth.
- High standards for code quality and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, providing guidance and support through the development lifecycle.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended product and technical problems.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to participate in ideation and define technical constraints.
- Identify project, process, technology, or business issues and advocate for solutions.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts, including monitoring metrics and supporting on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards and participating in tech talks.
- Develop team talent by providing actionable feedback and leading by example.
