Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Experience shipping mobile apps using native or cross-platform languages like React Native.
- Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using languages like Kotlin or Python.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large codebases and debugging existing code.
- Experience providing feedback through code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to participate in ideation and articulate technical constraints.
- Partner on product decisions by evaluating risks and trade-offs.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics.
- Escalate issues as needed and support on-call efforts.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in the interview process.
