Responsibilities
- Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira
- Ensure Jira reflects real practice and vice versa
- Build agents and automation that run the system with AI integration
- Drive system adoption through conversation, well-built artifacts, and clear instruction
- Understand delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and build permanent fixes
- Build alongside teammates to raise the technical ceiling of the department
