Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in digital transformation and enterprise system modernization.
- Experience in AI/ML solution implementation and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks including risk, compliance, and ethical AI.
- Expertise in process analysis, workflow optimization, and intelligent automation.
- Direct experience with procurement systems such as Icertis, ZipHQ, Globality, Terzo, SpendHQ, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience integrating AI into Source-to-Contract (S2C) workflows.
- Ability to identify and scale high-impact AI use cases for procurement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation efforts across procurement systems like Zip, Icertis, Terzo.ai, and SpendHQ.
- Align business strategy with technology capabilities to drive operational efficiency and intelligent automation.
- Design and govern innovative solutions to enhance procurement decision-making and streamline workflows.
- Embed AI capabilities into procurement processes while ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Define business technical approaches and influence strategic direction for enterprise modernization.
