Requirements
- Proven experience productizing an implementation process for enterprise software.
- Strong instincts and experience in configuration-as-code including versioning, diffing, and environment promotion.
- Hands-on experience with production data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Expertise in TypeScript.
- Experience with full-stack development using React and Node.js/Express.
- Proficiency with GraphQL and Apollo.
- Strong database skills using PostgreSQL.
- Experience managing infrastructure with Terraform.
- Experience with AWS services such as ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
- Experience working in a multi-tenant software environment.
- Knowledge of SRE practices and infrastructure observability.
- Understanding of enterprise security and data privacy best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop tenant provisioning tools to stand up fully configured enterprise environments from versioned config files.
- Design configuration-as-code workflows to support diffing, review, promotion, and rollback of customer setups.
- Build migration toolchains for pulling pipeline and historical data from legacy systems like Encompass.
- Extend release machinery to support multi-tenant features including feature flags and staged rollouts.
- Create automated smoke tests and conformance suites to validate customer integrations.
- Shadow onboarding processes to identify and automate manual configuration steps.
