Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in elite, high-judgment environments (e.g., investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, or startup leadership).
- Proven track record of building structure from ambiguity and designing effective operating systems.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities, including understanding organizational design and incentives.
- Experience driving high-stakes, ambiguous projects to concrete business outcomes.
- Credibility to partner effectively with senior executives, including CEO, Chairman, and OpCo.
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategic definition and operational detail.
- Comfort with intense, temporary, and highly leveraged operational roles.
Responsibilities
- Step into critical ownership gaps as an interim business-side leader for major initiatives.
- Build operating models, decision cadences, and accountability mechanisms for new initiatives.
- Identify, architect, and deploy AI-powered tools to accelerate execution and improve healthcare outcomes.
- Drive measurable business outcomes rather than just managing processes.
- Stabilize and scale underbuilt domains to create durable business functions.
- Lead through ambiguity by defining paths and unblocking stuck initiatives.
- Prepare the long-term handoff of initiatives to durable owners or organizational structures.
