Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven success leading complex security, privacy, risk, compliance, or enterprise IT programs.
- Expertise in program governance, including portfolio planning, OKRs, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and dashboards for prioritization and decision-making.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve engineering planning and operational efficiency.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or cloud infrastructure is valued.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, Scrum, AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across the Information Security portfolio.
- Coordinate initiatives spanning identity and access management, vulnerability management, compliance, data protection, and secure software delivery.
- Partner with accountable leaders across Information Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Legal to maintain alignment.
- Manage operating cadences, including program reviews, working sessions, and executive status reporting.
- Track commitments, risks, and blockers, ensuring clear escalation and ownership.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into progress and delivery confidence.
- Improve program execution through scalable processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
