Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 8+ years of experience.
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- 3 years of scripting language development experience (BASH).
- Advanced Linux administration and programming skills.
- Detailed, hands-on experience with public cloud resources and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with API integration, Microservices, and Containers.
- Understanding of the full web stack, protocols, and server optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of networking at all layers.
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and agile principles.
Responsibilities
- Build platforms, processes, and automation capabilities to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Design and implement digital pipelines to accelerate deployment and maintain quality and security.
- Optimize infrastructure lifecycle management and develop scalable solutions to support business growth.
- Collaborate across executive leadership, product management, and engineering to address complex technical challenges.
- Utilize AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to enhance team productivity.
- Mentor and train other DevOps engineers while establishing best practices for operational resilience.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve system architecture, resilience, and service quality.
