Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps Platform engineering, SRE, or systems engineering.
  • Experience working with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and automation platforms such as GitHub Actions, Harness, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
  • Working knowledge of artifact repositories like JFrog Artifactory, Harness Artifact Registry, or Azure Container Registry.
  • Proficiency in scripting and configuration using YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and least-privilege principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and influence technical direction.
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and customer-service mindset.
  • Experience in regulated environments like insurance, finance, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 1 or SOC 2 is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer enterprise DevOps platforms including GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, Harness CI/CD, and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Define and improve enterprise standards for repositories, CI/CD workflows, artifact management, access controls, and platform governance.
  • Design and evolve reusable pipeline templates to improve delivery consistency and promote engineering patterns.
  • Partner with application teams to onboard new repositories, pipelines, and developer productivity tools.
  • Monitor platform reliability and performance, leading incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop automation using tools such as YAML, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • Maintain documentation, onboarding materials, and operational runbooks for development teams.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement access controls and audit readiness.
