Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Application architecture or related roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT and software development lifecycles.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Must have a dedicated home office space meeting HIPAA/PHI information protection requirements.
- Must maintain a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned IT products and platforms.
- Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Lead technical product lifecycle activities from brainstorming and planning through implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Translate needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Manage technical product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
- Be a primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates on technical product progress and outcomes.
