Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Three or more years of experience in corporate training or instructional design for adults.
- Experience using communications principles and procedures to develop training manuals.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer, multi-media, and business solutions software.
- Project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to quickly absorb and synthesize large amounts of information into teachable segments.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for training and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Apply instructional design methods and adult learning principles to ensure content meets learning goals.
- Create course outlines and scripts to establish program structure.
- Design and develop computer-based instructional programs.
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to ensure material relevance.
- Facilitate course delivery and provide guidance to instructors.
- Coordinate skill assessments and testing to measure participant retention.
- Analyze learning programs through evaluations and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
