Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably at a lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or sports brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of print production fundamentals, color management, and prepress.
- Proven experience managing work through Asana or comparable project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across concurrent deadlines.
- Strong understanding of apparel product marketing and visual storytelling.
- Ability to present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborative and proactive communication style.
- Experience in print or catalog production is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute and adapt creative assets across all channels, including digital, retail, print, social, and email.
- Dream up and produce standout visuals for seasonal brand and product campaigns.
- Get hands-on with catalog design and production.
- Elevate retail and wholesale spaces with signage and point-of-sale materials.
- Craft digital campaign assets that align with brand direction.
- Curate authentic mountain athlete and lifestyle imagery.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail and consistent production quality across all deliverables.
- Prepare production-ready artwork meeting technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Brand, Art, and E-Commerce teams to bring campaigns to life.
